Mavo Systems, Inc. is pleased to announce the opening of a third Minnesota office to better serve its customers. Our Duluth office complements our Minneapolis and Rochester locations, as well as our offices in Wisconsin (Wausau) and Illinois (Chicago). Services provided through our Duluth facility include Asbestos, Mold, and Lead Abatement, HVAC Duct Cleaning and Inspections, Interior Demolition, and Mechanical Insulation. Mavo Systems proudly welcomes Kevin Hedgers to its team of Project Managers. Kevin Hedgers has 25 years of extensive background in the industrial insulation market. Kevin’s experience in design, project management, and estimating, has led to the successful completion of power generation facilities, refineries, chemical plants and many other industrial projects.

New Floor Covering Removal Technology Cuts Costs, Adds Value

Mavo Systems is continuing our commitment to providing clients with quality and value by adding the latest in floor covering removal technology to our equipment arsenal. This new system is a self-powered, self-contained floor scraper, designed to remove flooring materials in any size space.

Using this state-of-the-art technique means big savings for Mavo Systems' clients because flooring materials can now be removed at a rate of up to 50,000 square feet per day. The system not only reduces labor costs, but also leaves floors cleaner than the standard manual removal method, and is versatile enough to fit through any standard doorway and into most elevators. The system can remove carpet, asbestos flooring, sheet vinyl, floor tile, ceramic, marble, rubber, epoxy, glue, sports floors - the list goes on and on.
